favourite thing to do with hair: Chopping a bunch of hair off and cutting a blunt bob; long or short, just no layers!
best tip for doing hair: To always have at least 20 styling clips on hand to set a blowout while styling. If you want a blowout to last a few days, round brush each section with the blow dryer and let it set for 10-15 minutes with the clips, spray it and brush it out.

it's this time where you do fun things that make you happy: I don't have time for fun. I'm a full time university student pursuing a BioPsych degree so I can go to Med School. My "free time" is spent studying, styling hair, sleeping and crying.
inspirations: Honestly, what inspires me is seeing things done poorly and knowing I can do them better. I guess that makes me a terrible a person but, oh well..

best gig: I really loved working with Lennard Taylor. Not just doing hair with him but going that extra mile and making head pieces, being part of the presentation. I did some stuff for Bravo too and Bollywood but I’ve also loved all of the freelancing stuff I’ve done.
inspirations: I really admire people from the Schwarzkopf Institute. The directors of the academy here have taught me a lot since I came back and buckled down. When I actually quit Big Sexy, I had to solely rely on my clients coming back every 4-6 weeks. I think their educators are top notch. It’s a very well-run company.
style icons: Isabella Blow, she was the first person to ever buy out an Alexander McQueen collection. She’s not naturally beautiful but she makes such an entrance when she walks into a room. best makeup in a film: Any period film, especially those set in the 1920's. I not only love the makeup in them but the hairstyles and costumes as well.
best gig: Being able to put editorial photo shoots together with my peers & friends when any one of us wants a creative pick-me-up. We try and do them as often as possible.
inspirations: I'm a sucker for fashion magazines. My two favourites right now are Hunger and Bon. I also love vintage Harper's Bazaar and Vogue magazine covers.
