The health and safety of our team and clients is our top priority. Before booking an appointment we asked that you please review the self screening questions listed below and take the appropriate steps to ensure your own health and the safety of those around you. 

Please familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 protocol. Your stylist will review our policies with you before your appointment begins.

Our online shop is always open, but if you would prefer to purchase product in person you are welcome to do so. The front door is kept locked, so upon arrival please call the salon and someone will meet you at the door to assist you. Please wear a mask.

Do you have a new onset of any of the following symptoms: fever/chills, cough, soar throat/hoarse voice, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, vomiting or diarrhea for more than 24 hours?


Have you been in close contact in the last 14 days with someone that is confirmed to have COVD-19?


Have you been exposed to COVID-19 in a work or public setting in the last 14 days (e.g. a setting that has been identified by public health as a risk for acquiring COVID-19, such as on a flight, in a workplace or community with a cluster of cases, or at an event)?


Have you travelled outside of Canada, or within Canada excluding travel to western Canada, the territories, or Ontario west of Terrance Bay in the last 14 days? 

If you answered yes to any of the above questions please do not book an appointment until you are symptom free and/or have completed your self-isolation period. If you already have an appointment scheduled please contact us to rebook.

All staff and clients are required to wear a mask at all times. If you do not have one, you may purchase one at the salon.



All clients and guests will be required to disinfect their hands before entering. We have a sanitization station at the entrance.

No client will be able to bring in any extra belongings. If possible, please keep your jackets in your car or you will have to keep them on your body while sitting in the chair. They cannot be hung up or put on the floor or hair station.

You must come to your appointment alone. No friends, pets or family members can accompany you.


Common areas, such as the front desk and sinks, are sanitized between each client. 

The salon is set up to allow for adequate physical distancing.

Bathroom can be used for emergencies only and is disinfected regularly. 


Talking must be kept to a minimum.
