Position: Executive Assistant

Position Overview:

We are hiring a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support management in a fast-paced, growing salon environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to keep a business running smoothly. This position will open future career opportunities within the company with room to grow into operations or management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management.

  • Manage communication, follow-ups, and scheduling coordination.

  • Assist with client communication and routine issue resolution.

  • Support staff with day-to-day operational needs.

  • Help organize systems, tasks, and processes.

  • Take on new responsibilities as the business evolves.

Position: Stylist

Job Type: Commission

Location: Prep Hair in Winnipeg

Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced stylists with at least 2 years behind the chair. Our ideal candidate would a have a solid foundation of their own clientele, but are ready to expand into a full-time schedule, and is an ambitious person with the drive to build a sustainable, long-term career.

​​

Qualifications:

  • 2 years or more behind the chair.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
