Sometimes a product just isn't quite right for you, and that's okay! If you are not satisfied with a product we will do our best to find one that works for you. While we do encourage you to exchange, we will provide a full refund upon request.
All products that are no more than half empty may be returned for a full refund with proof of purchase, within 30 days of original purchase date. Returns without proof of purchase will be not be accepted for refund or exchange.
PERSONAL ITEMS + GIFT CERTIFICATES
Items such as hair accessories, jewellery, brushes, fragrances, cosmetics, and hair extensions are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift Certificates are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cash value.
Hot tools with a manufacturer defect are eligible for exchange within 60 days of original purchase date.
Products purchased online can be returned in-salon with proof of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are unable to return in person you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the product to the salon. Online order items must be received at the salon prior to the issue of a refund or replacement. Once a refund is issued it can take up to 8 business days for it to be processed.
