Sometimes a product just isn't quite right for you, and that's okay! If you are not satisfied with a product we will do our best to find one that works for you. While we do encourage you to exchange, we will provide a full refund upon request. All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
HAIR CARE PRODUCTS
Products purchased at full price that are no more than half empty may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase date, and at our discretion. Proof of purchase required.
PERSONAL ITEMS & GIFT CERTIFICATES
Hair accessories, jewellery, brushes, combs, fragrances, cosmetics, and hair extensions are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift Certificates are final sale and are not eligible for return or cash value.
All hot tools including curling irons, flat irons, wavers, blow dryers, and thermal brushes with a manufacturers defect may be exchanged within 60 days of original purchase date, and at our discretion. Proof of purchase required.
Products purchased online at full price can be returned or exchanged in-salon with proof of purchase and within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are unable to return in person you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send the product to the salon. Return of online orders must be approved prior to shipping. Approved items must be received at the salon prior to the issue of a refund or replacement. Once a refund is issued it can take up to 8 business days for it to be processed.
