Salon FAQs

We are located at 863 Weatherdon Ave, one block south of Grant Ave. Clients must enter through the front door at our address.

We are open for appointments 7 days a week, during the following hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM • Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are open for product refills and online order pickups during the following hours: • Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Friday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

You can reach us by calling or texting 204-500-2212. This number is managed by humans, who may already be assisting another client when you call. If we miss your call, you will receive an automated text message directing you to our online booking page, which is the easiest way for you to book an appointment. If you require assistance, or need to make changes to an appointment, you can text us back with your inquiry or request a call back. We will return your message or call as soon as we are able.
