Winnipeg Cancellation Policy

 

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your appointment, please contact the salon directly at 204-500-2212, at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or if it is no-showed, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If the charge does not go through, or if we do not have your credit card on file, the fee will be added to your next appointment. Some exceptions may apply, and under extenuating circumstances the charge may be reduced to 50% of the service fee.

Please do not email, DM on Instagram, or text the number that sends your automated appointment reminders, to change or cancel an appointment. Only attempts to contact the salon directly at 204-500-2212 will be considered for changes or cancellations.

Credit Card on File

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all services. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of an appointment or do not show up, 100% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. No charges will be made prior to an appointment unless you are booking a colour or extension install service, in which case either a $50 or $100 deposit may be charged.

 

Declined Credit Card

If your credit card is declined when processing a deposit, you will be notified immediately and a valid form of payment will be requested. Your appointment will not be confirmed until valid payment information is received. Failure to provide a valid credit card may result in cancellation of your appointment. If your credit card is declined when processing a cancellation or no-show fee, you will be notified immediately and a valid form of payment will be requested. Confirmation of future appointments may not be permitted if failure to provide a valid credit card or payment of applicable fees does not occur.

Colour and Extension Service Deposit

Either a $50 or $100 deposit may be required when booking any colour or extension install service. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service at the time of the appointment. Upon booking, you will be sent a Policies and Payment Form to fill out. Once the form has been signed, the deposit will be charged to the credit card on file. When the deposit payment goes through, your appointment will be accepted and confirmed. If the credit card is declined, we will contact you for another form of payment. Please note that the charge for the deposit may appear on your credit card statement as a charge for a Prep Hair Gift Card. Deposits are refundable only if you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment or do not show up, 100% of the service cost (minus the deposit amount) will be charged to the card on file. If your appointment is cancelled and you would like your deposit refunded, please contact us at 204-500-2212, and we will process the refund. If you do not contact us, the deposit will remain on file and can be applied toward a future service.

 

Consultation Service Fee

The service fee for a consultation is $30 plus tax, and will be charged at the time of the appointment. This fee is non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future service if booked within 60 days of the consultation appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the consultation appointment or do not show up, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file and cannot be used as a credit for future services. For hair extension consultations, the $30 service fee will be waived if you pay for your hair order at the consultation appointment. The payment for your hair order will secure your install appointment.

Contact Us Within 3 Days

If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your hair service, please contact your stylist, or the salon directly at 204-500-2212, within 3 days of your original appointment date. We do not offer refunds on hair services, but after a consultation we will decide if any changes can be made for no charge. We want you to love your hair and are committed to addressing any concerns promptly.

 

Our Commitment to Resolution

Upon receiving your inquiry, we will make every effort to schedule a consultation to assess and understand your concerns. Our team is dedicated to working with you to achieve a resolution that leaves you completely satisfied with your hair. Any changes that are to be made at no charge must be done within 10 days of your original appointment date, and with the stylist who performed the original service.

Restrictions Apply

Please note that certain restrictions may apply based on the nature of the issue. Our commitment to resolution is subject to the feasibility of addressing the concerns raised within the scope of our services.

 

Failure to Contact Within 3 Days

If you do not contact your stylist, or the salon directly, within 3 days of your original appointment date, we will not be responsible for addressing or fixing any issues that may arise thereafter.
